GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

 

Any grievance regarding the school or its employees must be made to the School Director in writing.  The School Director will make a final determination of the grievance within five (5)   days of receiving the written grievance. The student has the right to appeal to the Secretary of Higher Education at the Maryland Higher Education Commission concerning school violations of Maryland regulations.
